Spicy Pulled Pork Tacos!

Hey guys! It's been a LONG time. I have had a tremendous amount of things going on in my life the past 5 months. It has been a long road, but we are now heading on the right path and back on track!

A little back story on why we have been so quiet...

In September, we found out we were expecting baby #2. We were truly ecstatic, but I had VERY bad morning sickness called Hyperemesis Gravidarum. I didn't know it was possible to feel so sick for so many weeks at a time. Needless to say, I didn't get much work done, especially anything having to do with my blog.

Once I started feeling a little bit better, we went in for a routine second trimester ultrasound and found out that the baby had passed away a few days prior. It was a devastating time for us. We later found out that our daughter had Turner Syndrome, which means she had only one X chromosome. The chances of her surviving were slim to none. We had to face the facts and mourn the loss of our daughter, then of course came Christmas, the New Year, and now here we are!

It has taken me a long time to recover from this physically and mentally, but I am back in action! I am happy to be back sharing our creations with you.

I miss hearing from you all! Please let me know what you would like to see from us next! And please enjoy these DELICIOUS pulled pork tacos from our house to yours. Whole Foods Market Nashua NH ever so generously donated all of the ingredients to create this delicious recipe for you! We love them so much!
