Cider Brasied Short Ribs with Cauliflower Mash

As soon as the weather gets cooler, comfort food calls me. Fall is the perfect time to indulge in a little comfort food! Short ribs are known for being a very "fatty" piece of meat. A little bit goes a very long way in this recipe. I have to give my husband all of the credit for inventing and cooking this recipe. He did an amazing job and I can't wait to publish this recipe in the cookbook. Thank you, Matt!
